Most frequent questions and answers

1 year warranty on all the products and we will provide an extra 5 months warranty on some products. Madmen watches has a limited warranty that cover’s manufacturer’s defects for 1 year after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. Basically, if the watch parts don’t work properly, then it’s our fault, we will repair it or replace it your products for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damages, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all the warranty claims and services request, so please keep your receipt carefully. If you have purchased from our site or Amazon, the order number will suffice; otherwise, if you have purchased via another authorise dealer or retail location, you will need to contact them directly as they handle their own warranty claims, returns and exchanges.

We accept all plastic cards (i.e. debit and credit cards). Paypal is also accepted by us well.

After your payment is verified, it takes upto 24 hours to process and ship the order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business days. 

If you order after 11 am IST on a Friday, your order will likely to be shipped out on the following monday.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for duties and taxes free is about 18% of the INR amount of the merchandise. 

How ever, this is just a general guidelines and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your custom office for specific amount and percentages.

Madmen Watches cannot control and are not responsible for any duties and taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for custom clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local custom officer for further information. Note, on rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

For Duties Delivered Paid (DPP) orders: Duties and taxes may be included in the price depending on ship to country. If not included in the price, they will be shown at checkout.

For Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) orders: As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customer on arrival.
